You can create them using a program called Animation Shop 3. The program costs $39.99 and a quick search on google (or another trusted search engine) will help you find this program to get you started. To draw these images, you have to draw them pixel by pixel. Each part of it has a separate frame. Sounds complicated, right? It really isn't. There are tutorials all over the internet that can help you get a handle on making them. You can make virtually anything with this program.

So What does this have to do with MAKING MONEY? It's funny you should ask that. Remember those livejournal communities I was telling you about earlier? A LOT of people will pay you to make custom designed blinkies for their webpages. They're not hard to make, and if you're good, you can make that $40 back from buying the program in no time.
