Making Extra Income Online

Tips That Help You Use The Internet To Make and Save Money

                      Paid Surveys

You CAN make money taking paid surveys online.  A lot of 'paid' survey sites are scams, and just use your email address and mailing address to send you spam but none of these do that.

I've joined several survey sites to find out which ones are real and which are the easiest ones to make money from.  If you're looking for some tips on how to make the most of your paid survey memberships, check out my Paid Survey Tutorial page.  Here's my list (in order) of the best ones I've found so far.  I'm constantly searching for new ones, so this list will be continually growing.

MySurvey.com

MySurvey.com is my personal favorite.  They do a great job of providing you with surveys that interest you and aren't too long.  I've made from $1.00 to $3.00 when I qualify for surveys.  Even if you don't qualify for a survey, they'll give you atleast 10 points which is equivalent to 10 cents, just for trying.

They let you know when you have a survey via your email and if you download their messenger (which they give you $.50 to download) it notifies you as soon as you are eligible for a survey.  I've run the messenger through an anti-spyware/virus program and it does not come with any unwanted files.

This is the second fastest website to gain money on that I have found, and you only have to have $10 to cash out.  It takes 1000 points to reach $10, equal to 1 cent per point.

 InboxDollars/SendEarnings

These two are more than just a survey site.  They are mirror sites.  All the offers, paid emails, and ways to earn money are the same.  They pay you up to 3 cents to read paid emails, about $.50 a survey every day.  They'll pay you to play online games, join other sites, even for signing up to eBay and winning an auction.  If you shop online at participating websites, they'll give you a portion of your money back.  If you decide to click on the link and join up, please put DBOMAN as your referrer, thank you.

When you join, they give you a $5 joining bonus. If you don't qualify for a survey, they'll find another one for you to take.  You do have to go to their site every day to take the surveys because they don't send them to you via email.

You must have $30 to cash out and they'll send you a check to your address, but you make that much quicker on this site than any other survey site I've experienced.

Survey Savvy

They don't offer as many surveys as the other guys, but their surveys are usually more profitable.  The great thing about Survey Savvy is that they offer the ability to CASH OUT AT ANY TIME.  Got 50 cents in your survey savvy account?  You can still cash out.  I've done it with only 50 cents.

Also, their referral system is great.  On average, members make $2 a survey when someone they've referred completes a survey and $1 a survey when someone THAT person refers.  I've found that I haven't had quite that much success, around $.50 per referrer's survey, but their referral system is by far the best for survey companies.  I've gotten surveys anywhere from $.50 to $10.00 (very rare though) and once the credit hits your account you can have them send you a check.

Global Test Market
Global Test Market is a great website that allows you to take profile surveys to make a quick $5.  This is the most respected, professional site that I've found thus far.  You need $50 to cash out, but they send you more surveys than many of the other sites.  Sometimes you can get 4 or 5 a week.

I've found that this site is one of the favorites for search engines and referral sites.  Even if you don't qualify with Global Test Market, they give you 5 MarketPoints.  1 MarketPoint is equal to 5 cents, so even if you don't qualify you get 25 cents.  This is a very good site, and is definitely one of the 'must-join' sites.

American Consumer Opinion

American Consumer Opinion is a website devoted to international online surveys.  This is the American branch.  It has one of the most high-yield survey processes with $4-$25 per survey.  If you're invited to a focus group you can receive even more than $25.  They'll send you a check as soon as you finish a survey, there are no minimum balances for you to get your money.

ACO doesn't send you surveys as often as the top sites on this list, but the potential for monetary reward is higher per survey than the others.

 SurveySpot.com

SurveySpot is a good money-making site.  They send you more surveys than any other site on here, but about half of them are unpaid.  If you can deal with the unpaid surveys in your inbox, it is well worth the membership to SurveySpot.

You can make quite a bit of money with this company.  The surveys are generally not too long, and offer good money.  Rarely are the survey offers under $3.  The account minimum for the cash out is $5, but you can make that with only two surveys.

One major thing that I do not like from SurveySpot is that their website is very hard to navigate, and very confusing.  Also, their member services don't always get back to you when you have a question.
