Neobux
Neobux is the best, best paying of the PTC sites. Some people on the site make thousands of dollars a month. The cash-out for Neobux is low, only $2.00 for your first cash-out. As a free member, you get 1 cent for every click and .5 cent for every referral. If you become a paying member however, you get paid 1 cent for every click and 1 cent for every referral click. Cash-out is via Alertpay and is received INSTANTLY. The key to successfully making money with Neobux is to rent referrals.
Generally I don't agree with spending money to make money, but with Neobux you can actually be successful. The referrals cost $0.30 a piece (as a free member, and $0.20 as a gold member) and come in packs of 3, 10, 50, and 100. You rent the referrals for a month, and get $.005 for every ad that they click (as a standard member, $0.01 as a gold member). In order to make a profit, each of your referrals has to click atleast two to three ads a day. Most of my referrals click 4-10 ads a day. What if your referrals don't click? You can recycle them for $.08 for the whole rest of the month. Another great thing about Neobux is that you can use the money from your clicks to pay for the referrals that you rent. I'm a golden member, so every time my rented referral clicks gain me $.01. I make about 3-4 dollars a day on this site.
You can rent more referrals once a week, so after a month you could potentially have 400 referrals and be making around $5 a day. The catch to the referral system is that you must click on 4 ads per day. You get a cent for every one of your clicks, too. So it's a win-win situation. I highly recommend this site, if you're willing to spend the money to rent referrals.

BuxP
Buxp is the longest-running PTC site, and have been paying for several years. The ads aren't worth as much (For standard: $0.05 for 10 of the ads and $0.001 for 20+ of them) but there are many more of them than other Paid to Click sites (20-30 compared to 5-10). The cashout is $7.99. As a premium member, I get $0.01 for about 15 advertisements a day and $0.002 forabout 45 ads). From my own ads alone I get around $0.25 a day. That's not even including the money I earn from my referrals. The best thing about this site is that it's not as well-known as Neobux or PPClix, so it's MUCH easier to get direct referrals. They also have referrals for you to buy, 5 for $6.99. They are cheaper when you buy more than 5 at a time. As a standard member, you gain from $0.001 to $0.0025 for every referral click. Don't forget that your referrals will click around 30 ads a day. As a premium member, you earn $0.0025 to $0.005 per referral click. This is a great site, and I encourage you to give it a chance. PalmBux
PalmBux is very similar to Neobux except the amount that you receive each click varies from $0.001 to $0.008 as a standard. As a Premium member, your advertisement clicked value is $0.01 and your referral advertisement value is also $0.01. While the click values are less, they actually provide more advertisements to view. PalmBux has been in existence for nearly two years.
The cashout minimums are $2.00 for your first cashout, $4.00 for your second and so on with a cap of $10.00. These cashouts are the same as Neobux. The rented referrals for Palmbux are more active than they are with Neobux. The Premium membership upgrade is $80.00. Overall, this is a very good site to earn with, though the actual webpage sometime takes longer to load than other websites.
Clixsense
Clixsense is the type of paid to click site where the money you earn is mostly from your own clicks. Each one of your clicks is worth $0.01. You do get a small bonus when you refer people, but it's only $0.01. Clixsense offers you more ads than any other site though (besides Buxp), and upgrading is only $10. When you upgrade, even more ads become available to you. Once you upgrade, it's very easy to get to cashout and you get paid more for your referrals. Cashout is $10 and they send you a check when you reach it. I have upgraded at this site, and I regained the money I invested within a month.
Wordlinx
Wordlinx is a mix of a referral-based site and a site where you make your money off your own clicks. Fortunately, this site is more than a PTC site. It also offers paid to read emails. This site has been around even longer than Neobux, and is very trustworthy.
LInkGrand
LinkGrand is a decent paid-to-click site that doesn't pay as much as the other ones. You can't get as much from your referrals as other sites, but you're more likely to reach cashout from your own clicks. It offers quite a bit of clicks, but they are only worth from $0.003 to $0.006 per click. Nonetheless, it is a paying PTC site that pays out at $5.00. I would say that LinkGrand is better for advertising your referral link for other sites or for your own webpage, because the advertising costs are much lower than other sites.
Below are the two payment processors to use when joining paid-to-click sites, paypal and Alertpay. These are how the sites will pay you the money that you have earned. You may have heard of Paypal from eBay, and Alertpay is the favorite payment processor of paid-to-click sites because they charge less fees to the companies than Paypal does.
